Delivery Costs and shipping times depend upon the orders weight, destination, and type of delivery preference chosen by customer. We offer standard post with PostNord and rush delivery with DHL. Options and prices are shown during checkout.
Any additional duty or tax in countries outside EU is paid by the customer.
Approximate delivery time is 2-5 business days from ordering (within Sweden), unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you order articles not in stock at the moment the delivery time will be prolonged.
Delivery times for orders outside of Sweden are between 7-10 days, unless express delivery is selected or otherwise stated.
For parcels not picked up from the Post Office, a $17 USD fee (including VAT) will be charged to cover transportation and administrative costs.
All prices are displayed in $USD or SEK including VAT when applicable. The price given at the ordering date is the price that will be charged. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information if any information in the web shop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
You have the right to change to another product or cancel your purchase within 14 days. Please contact us first by email, email@example.com, prior to returning your package. We require that the goods are returned well protected, so that damage is not caused by shipping. After we receive the returned package and have verified this, you can choose to receive the money back or exchange for another product. The customer is responsible for the order to be returned in time.
Return postage for the item is paid by the customer. You can either stamp/prepay the package yourself. Goods returned with cash on delivery requirements are not accepted.

Should the goods that you bought from our webshop be damaged or otherwise defect or you received the wrong product or number of products; please contact us by e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can correct this as soon as possible. Please give us the order number, your name and what article it concerns. Replacement deliveries are of course made at no cost to you as a customer. Goods returned with cash on delivery requirements are not accepted.
Note that in cases of return / exchange / complaints we will not send out a new invoice/delivery note with a new expiration date, but adjust the existing one. Should the expiration date need to be adjusted, please contact us. For other questions regarding your invoice, please contact PayEx directly (tel: 04-98202945). Note that we only send you the delivery note – the invoice is sent to you from PayEx.

Regarding the colours in the pictures, we try the utmost to display them as accurately as possible. Even so, the colors may vary, especially between different screens and settings. This means that the perceived differences in color and tone is not grounds for complaints. This also applies to sizing, which might be slightly different between different brands. We are happy to answer your questions if you feel uncertain about this.
